Carly
Dental Assistant
Carly was born and raised in South West Kansas and before moving to the Kansas City area, she attended Newman University, where she received her bachelor degree in biology. She joined our team in May 2020, and has loved her job ever since. She is committed to making sure each patient feels comfortable and welcomed during their time in our office. In her free time, Carly enjoys teaching her early morning cycling classes, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
Presley
Dental Assistant
Presley grew up locally and lives in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. She joined our Apex team in 2021. She has been a dental assistant for over 9 years and brings a lot of knowledge to our office. All of her experience has been focused in endodontics. Presley is dedicated to ensuring a positive root canal experience for her patients. When she is not at work, Presley is spending time with her fur babies, friends and enjoying a glass of white wine. She is an avid Kansas City sports fan and enjoys watching Chiefs, Royals or Mavericks games.
Ashley
Dental Assistant
Ashley grew up in Carroll, Iowa and moved down to Kansas City in August 2022. She attended DMACC for Dental Assisting and had worked in a general office for 7 years. Since joining the team she has found a new love for endodontics. Ashley is dedicated to exceptional patient care and makes sure she gives a hundred percent in everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys cuddling her new baby girl, going on walks with her dog and exploring the new city with her boyfriend.
Skylar
Administrative Assistant
Skylar was born and raised in Overland Park Kansas. She moved out of state to attend the University of Alabama to study biology . After graduation, she resided in Florida until returning back to the KC area. She joined our team in October of 2022. She loves getting to know the patients and helping them with any question they might have regarding their treatment and insurance. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her dog.
Brooke
Office Administrator
Brooke grew up in the Kansas City area and has been a part of Apex Endodontics since 2012. She started out assisting alongside Dr. Budig and did so for five years. After returning from maternity leave in 2017, she transitioned to the administrative side of the office. While knowledgeable in the clinical aspect of endodontics, she is able to help answer any insurance or financial questions you may have as well. She strives to help the office run as smooth as possible and ensure each patient has a positive experience. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughters.
Christopher G. Budig, D.D.S.

As a Diplomate with the American Board of Endodontics, Dr. Budig has passed a rigorous examination process to verify his skills and knowledge and is one of only five Endodontists in the State of Kansas to earn this certification.
